What is included in the Bookwella free trial?
Your 30-day free trial includes access to Bookwella's core booking and revenue recovery tools: your branded booking page, calendar and scheduling, SMS confirmations, automated appointment reminders, Review Booster, retention campaigns, customer management, and dashboard insights.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start your 30-day free trial without entering a credit card. You can set up your business, add services, and test the booking and follow-up experience before deciding to continue.
What happens after the 30-day trial ends?
After your 30-day free trial, you can continue on the Pro plan for $17.99 USD per month. If you choose not to continue, you will not be charged unless you add a payment method and activate a paid subscription.
Are there any per-booking fees or marketplace commissions?
No. Bookwella is not a marketplace and does not charge a commission on your services. The Pro plan is a flat monthly subscription, so you keep your service revenue.
Are SMS messages included?
Bookwella Pro includes unlimited booking confirmation, appointment reminder, and review request SMS. It also includes 200 retention campaign SMS per month. Additional retention SMS after the included 200 are billed at $0.05 USD per SMS.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Bookwella subscription when you need to from your account settings.
Is $17.99 per month per location or per user?
The current Pro plan covers your business setup in Bookwella. If you need multiple locations or a more complex multi-team setup, contact Bookwella so we can help confirm the right configuration.
Does Bookwella charge marketplace fees like Fresha or Booksy?
No. Bookwella gives your business its own branded booking page. Your clients see your services and your availability without competitor listings beside you, and Bookwella does not take a percentage of your bookings.
